Instructions until the end of the season

I hope your children tell you what a great experience we had.  Coach Clanahan discussed the Great Depression and how it affected Americans. Grace Campus( Tent City) was an eye opener as a place for the transitional homeless.  My mother loved having the students with her at Garrison.

We need to collect money for T shirts.  They are $15 each. 

This week – October 21-26

·         Sunday- Rehearsal until 5 – if your child needs to leave for church, just text me.

·         Monday – we leave for our clinic Post at 6:30AM.  Please have your child at the high school by 6:20.  The actors will wear their costumes on the bus.  The performance is at 8AM and we will leave Post at 10:15.  We should return by 1115-11:30.  At a clinic, we set the stage and work with lights, perform the play, then the clinician critiques us for 30 minutes. Please feed  your child a hearty breakfast or send it on the bus. Parents may attend.

·         Tuesday – rehearsal from 5-7:30

·         Wednesday – Clinic in Shallowater at 1:30-3:30.  We will keep the kids until 5. If your child needs to leave for church, just text me. Parents may attend the clinic.

·         Friday is an away game

·         Saturday, October 27, we will rehearse from 9-noon.

·         Sunday, October 28, we will rehearse from 2-5.

·         Tuesday, October 30, we will rehearse from 5-7:30

·         Wednesday, October 31, rehearse from after school until 5

·         Friday, November 2 – home game and we will rehearse from after school until 6

·         Sunday, November 4 – Public performance at 2.  I will need the students as soon as they are out of church.  Feel free to send lunch with them. Depending on how they perform, we may have rehearsal following the performance.  The cost is $5 for students and $7 for adults – because we are over budget –

·         We will rehearse Tuesday, November 6 until 7:30

·         November 7, we will rehearse until five.

·         Sunday November 11, we will have rehearsal from 2 until 5

·         Monday, November 12, we will have our official rehearsal is at 6:50PM until 7:50 PM at Shallowater auditorium.  The contest manager will be here and all students must be here.

·         Tuesday, November 13 is contest.

o   The directors’ meeting is at 10AM

o   First play is 11AM.  The plays will be back to back.  We are third out of four schools. We should go on about 12:40, but it could be as early as noon.
